First Time in Thailand! SC Partners with SCB to Elevate Over 22 Years of Strategic Alliance, Creating a Comprehensive Wealth Ecosystem Connecting Residential Living, Investment, and Wealth Management
SC reaffirms its status as the market leader in luxury homes with a Market Share ranking of 1. The company is enhancing its collaboration with SCB, transitioning from a financial partner over the past 22 years to co-create a new Wealth Ecosystem that seamlessly integrates residential living, investment, and financial privileges into a single experience. This marks the launch of a first-of-its-kind premium privilege in Thailand for customers purchasing ultra-luxury homes, who will receive investment units along with the SCB WEALTH credit card privileges. The aim is to connect experiences related to Residential Asset, Investment Asset, and Financial Privileges, strengthening the comprehensive wealth management for the Wealth consumer group. The pilot will be launched at the SONLE RESIDENCES project soon, before expanding to other projects in the portfolio.

Recently, we have collaborated with Thai Commercial Bank or SCB to develop a new privilege for the Wealth customer segment. Customers purchasing ultra-luxury homes from SC who apply for loans with SCB and utilize the approved credit limit between August 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026 will receive investment units through their investment accounts with SCB, up to 20 million baht*, and enjoy the privilege of applying for the SCB WEALTH credit card for up to 1 year."

In the past, SC and SCB have been close partners for over 22 years, providing financial support for project development (Pre-finance) and financial assistance for project buyers (Post-finance) within the SC group. This collaboration will initially launch at SC's flagship single-house project, SONLE RESIDENCES, in August 2026, before expanding to other ultra-luxury projects in the SC portfolio.
