Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW) is restructuring its business to accommodate growth by bringing in Botanica Grand Avenue Co., Ltd. (BGA), the developer of the luxurious Botanica Grand Avenue pool villas valued at 13 billion baht on a 178-rai site in Phuket, under the management of Rompho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE) after acquiring it earlier. This collaboration aims to establish a strong foothold in Phuket's real estate market and prepare to expand into key tourist cities in the southern region.

Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer focused on lifestyle under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," stated that the company has enhanced its competitive capabilities and created strong growth by acquiring Rompho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a leading real estate developer in Phuket, through 39 Estate Co., Ltd. (39E), a subsidiary in which ASW holds a 67.61% stake and is the major shareholder. Additionally, Synergy Estate Co., Ltd. (SE), another subsidiary of ASW, holds a 30% stake in Botanica Grand Avenue Co., Ltd. (BGA), which operates luxury horizontal real estate development in Phuket, making ASW an indirect shareholder in BGA as well.

Recently, on November 7, 2023, TITLE's board of directors resolved to purchase common shares in BGA, with SE selling all 900,000 shares it holds in BGA, representing 30% of SE's total shares, to TITLE, resulting in BGA becoming a joint venture of TITLE.

This move aims to clarify business operations and enhance competitive potential while reducing internal competition among businesses, with TITLE becoming a key flagship company in real estate operations in Phuket and other major southern tourist cities from Chumphon downwards. TITLE is recognized as a leader in developing low-rise condominium projects in Phuket, having developed several projects under the brand THE TITLE and holding over 80 rai of land awaiting development in prime locations such as Nai Yang Beach, Rawai Beach, and Bang Tao Beach, with potential future projects valued at over 14 billion baht.

BGA is engaged in horizontal real estate development in Phuket and is currently developing a luxury villa project named Botanica Grand Avenue on a total area of 178 rai, valued at approximately 13 billion baht. A soft opening for the luxurious pool villas in the heart of the Botanica Grand Avenue project is scheduled for November 15.

“Structuring BGA under TITLE's management will strengthen the real estate market base in Phuket,” said the CEO of ASW.

ASW is engaged in real estate development, focusing on high-rise and horizontal residential projects in prime locations under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness." To date, it has developed over 54 condominium and housing projects under various brands designed to create happiness suitable for every lifestyle, including KAVE, ATMOZ, MODIZ, ESTA, and THE HONOR, with a total project value exceeding 63.2 billion baht. This includes 38 completed and ready-to-occupy projects and 16 projects currently for sale and under development, with a backlog of over 14.513 billion baht in revenue awaiting recognition.
