With an investment portfolio of over 25 projects across Thailand, the United States, and Europe, and a lifestyle ecosystem in Thailand comprising 17 projects covering more than 191,000 square meters, ALLY is now stepping into a new role that views real estate not just as buildings or retail spaces, but as areas that connect people, businesses, and life experiences.

This transformation is driven by three key strategies: Redefine, Rebrand & Renovate, and Reignite.

Starting with Redefine, ALLY expands its role from a property developer and manager to an Urban Experience Platform, designing spaces that center around the people and lifestyles of each community.

Next is Rebrand & Renovate, which aims to clarify the roles of the three main brands under the ALLY Platform: CDC, a destination for design and home decoration; The Crystal, a premium lifestyle space for families; and ALLY Village, a new type of community mall that grows alongside each neighborhood.

One of the key projects involves an investment of over 200 million baht for a major renovation of CDC on a 73-rai site, with a total building area of over 100,000 square meters, elevating it to a Curated Design District that integrates design, nature, retail, and lifestyle experiences, with a completion target set for the first half of 2028.

Meanwhile, ALLY Village will gradually rebrand and transform all 8 projects, starting with Town in Town, Song-Prapha, and Amorini, with an investment budget of approximately 10–50 million baht per project under a plan to be executed between 2027 and 2031, aiming to create green spaces that truly reflect the identity of each community.

In terms of the Reignite strategy, ALLY plans to expand its portfolio through additional investments in three projects worth a total of 1.515 billion baht, along with plans to issue bonds totaling 850 million baht to enhance financial flexibility and support long-term growth.

Thus, ALLY's goal is not just to increase the number of projects, but to create spaces that make people feel connected, part of a community, and able to live their lives fully every day, under the concept of “Where Life Feels Right because a good life starts from a space that feels right.”
