Mr. Witakarn Chanthawimon, Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation at AP Thailand Public Company Limited, a leader in Thailand's real estate development business, under the commitment of "A Good Life You Can Choose," stated that the performance for the first 9 months of 2023 shows satisfactory growth, with total revenue from horizontal products, condominiums (100% JV), and other businesses reaching 37.141 billion baht, and a net profit of 4.719 billion baht. In the third quarter, the company generated total revenue from horizontal products, condominiums (100% JV), and other businesses of 13.285 billion baht, an increase from last year's revenue of 12.290 billion baht, with a net profit of 1.697 billion baht, up from last year's net profit of 1.418 billion baht, representing a growth of 19.6%.

In addition to horizontal products such as townhomes and single houses, which are key drivers of strong revenue and profit growth, condominium products also play a significant role in driving growth. In the third quarter, the condominium business began to recognize revenue from 2 new projects ready for transfer: ASPIRE Pinklao-Arun Amarin and THE ADDRESS Siam-Ratchathewi, along with 7 ready-to-move-in condominiums that have been continuously recognizing revenue.

For the final quarter of the year, the company is preparing to launch 23 new projects valued at approximately 35.740 billion baht, including 11 townhome projects valued at 11.050 billion baht, 9 single house projects valued at 16.450 billion baht, 2 condominium projects valued at 7.300 billion baht, and 1 provincial project valued at 940 million baht, resulting in more than 169 projects ready for sale in Bangkok and provinces, valued at over 130.630 billion baht.
