Porto Chino adds excitement to the Mahachai area and Rama 2 Road by partnering with renowned brands to open new branches throughout the project. The highlight is the first Suki Tee Noi branch in Samut Sakhon, now open to serve the people of Mahachai, travelers heading south, and buffet sukiyaki lovers around the clock.

Mr. Suthep Panyasakorn, Managing Director of D-Land Property Co., Ltd., the developer of the "Porto Chino" lifestyle mall, revealed that "The project has been in operation for 10 years, making it a great opportunity to refresh itself and inject vitality and new experiences for customers. Our goal is to make Porto Chino a fully operational 24-hour lifestyle mall to better meet the needs of our target customers. In addition to the existing 24-hour Foodland, the popular Suki Tee Noi buffet, known for its quality, taste, and price, has now opened its first branch in Samut Sakhon at our project, reinforcing Porto Chino's new positioning effectively."

"The arrival of Suki Tee Noi will further increase customer traffic, especially after 8 PM, with an expected additional 1,500 customers daily, attracting more travelers heading to southern provinces. Moreover, we have brought in other well-known or new brands to diversify the nightlife at the project, such as Butter Grill Buffet, Thong Garden, Mikka Café & Bakery, and The Bliss Clinic. We have also revamped the first-floor area in front of the project to host the "Charming Market" under the concept of a Morning Market, a food market open every Saturday morning from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and the "Showcase Market," a new night hangout every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, allowing customers to stop by and recharge at Porto Chino whenever they want, reinforcing its image as a 24-hour Community Mall."

Ms. Nattamon Pisanakijvanit, Managing Director of BNN Restaurant Group Co., Ltd., stated, "The opening of a new branch at Porto Chino is another step in our business expansion plan to reach 60 branches. This branch is the 37th and the first in Mahachai, covering an area of 700 square meters located on the second floor at the front of the project, maintaining the luxurious and spacious decor of the Suki Tee Noi brand with 48 tables accommodating up to 168 customers."

"Porto Chino has both the readiness and potential of its location along Rama 2 Road, with heavy traffic in front of the project averaging over 2,500 vehicles daily. It is well-known among the people of Mahachai as the first lifestyle mall, offering a complete range of shops and ample parking. It also serves as a stop for travelers and tourists heading to Amphawa, Cha-am, Hua Hin, and southern provinces. Additionally, Porto Chino is a retail project with flexible operating hours, already featuring 24-hour services like Foodland, making it suitable for the Suki Tee Noi concept, which operates for 17 hours from noon until 5 AM," Ms. Nattamon concluded.
