The new condominium brand “Maroon Ratchada” is located in the heart of Ratchada 32, catering to the lifestyle of the new generation, along with “Esta Serenity”, featuring single and twin houses in the Borommaratchachonnani area. Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer focused on lifestyle under the concept of “Happiness Designed for You” or “We Build Happiness,” revealed that the company will launch new projects in Q1/2567, totaling 4 projects worth over 11.7 billion baht. This includes 2 projects in Bangkok: “Maroon Ratchada” (Maroon Ratchada), a new condominium in the heart of Ratchadapisek Soi 32 with 353 units starting at 1.99 million baht and a project value of 900 million baht, and “Esta Serenity” (Esta Serenity), featuring 137 units of single and twin houses starting at 4.69 million baht with a project value of 800 million baht. The other 2 projects are set to launch in Phuket, including “The Title Serenity Naiyang” with a project value of 4 billion baht and “The Title Heritage Bangtao” with a project value of 6 billion baht.

The Maroon Ratchada project is the 4th condominium developed by the company in the Ratchada area, showcasing its expertise in this location. It aims to meet the lifestyle needs of the new generation with a condominium in the heart of Ratchada 32. The “Esta Serenity” project features modern Thai-style single and twin houses located on a prime site along Borommaratchachonnani Road and the Tha Chin River, close to Central Salaya and Mahidol University.

The new projects in Phuket include “The Title Heritage Bangtao” and “The Title Serenity Naiyang”, which build on the success of the “The Title Legendary Bang-Tao” project, valued at 4.5 billion baht, developed by Rompho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a subsidiary that launched sales in late 2566, achieving over 80% sales, reflecting customer confidence in the “The Title” brand and positive market signals in tourist cities.
