SC Reports 2023 Financial Results with Total Revenue of 24.737 Billion Baht, Growing 14% (YoY), New High on March 16-17, Launching 2 Luxury New Series Projects Worth 4.75 Billion Baht

For the financial results in 2023, the company reported total revenue of 24.737 billion baht, growing +14% (YoY), a new high compared to the previous year’s revenue of 21.583 billion baht, driven by growth across all business segments. The main growth came from sales revenue, which is the company's primary income, divided into horizontal projects generating 17.666 billion baht, growing 1% (YoY), and high-rise projects generating 5.707 billion baht, growing 76% (YoY). The net profit was 2.482 billion baht, a decrease of 3% from the previous year (YoY), with a net profit margin of 10.1%. As of December 31, 2023, the company had a backlog worth 14.230 billion baht, expecting that 50% will be gradually recognized as revenue in 2024, while the remaining 50% will be recognized in the following year. As of December 31, 2023, total assets were 63.888 billion baht, and shareholders' equity was 23.252 billion baht. The board of directors approved a dividend payment of 0.24 baht per share*, representing a payout ratio of 44.35% and scheduled to pay dividends on May 21, 2024.

In March 2024, on the 16th-17th, the company will open reservations for 2 luxury new series projects worth a total of 4.75 billion baht, which include:
1. Grand Bangkok Boulevard Bangna km.15, with a project value of 2.9 billion baht, featuring luxury two-story mansions in three New Series designs on over 35 rai, totaling 73 units, with usable areas ranging from 432-584 square meters, starting prices between 30-50 million baht, located in a prime area with convenient access to the Bangna-Trad main road and the Burapha Withi Expressway connecting to the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway, and near the Kanchanaphisek Ring Road for multiple route connections.
2. Bangkok Boulevard Signature Bangkhae, with a project value of 1.85 billion baht, featuring a new luxury home series in MODERN COLONNADE STYLE, fully equipped with “LIVING SOLUTIONS,” an innovative concept that better understands residents' needs, on a project area of over 32 rai, totaling 61 units, with usable areas ranging from 391-516 square meters.
Starting prices range from 23 - 35 million baht.
Mr. Atthapol concluded, "In 2024, SC will have a total of 86 projects for sale, with a total value of 91 billion baht, comprising 65% horizontal and 35% high-rise projects, and we are confident that we will achieve our sales and revenue targets for this year."
