Peace and Living Public Company Limited, or PEACE is moving forward to aggressively penetrate the real estate market in 2024, continuing into early 2025, by launching 5 new projects in 5 potential locations, with a total value exceeding 2.6 billion baht. The sales target is set at 1,300 - 1,500 million baht, starting the year with the project CHER Westville Ratchaphruek valued at 750 million baht. Mr. Suthichai Poonlapthavee, Chief Executive Officer of Peace and Living Public Company Limited, or PEACE , stated that in 2023, the company successfully launched projects as planned, demonstrating that PEACE can meet the needs of customers looking for housing. The company has also shown its ability to operate amidst an uncertain real estate market, reflecting its clear long-term business plan and careful investment at every stage. For the financial results of 2023 (January - December 2023), the company reported total revenue of 1,053 million baht, a 41% decrease compared to the same period last year, with a net profit of 166 million baht, down 57% year-on-year. The main reasons for this decline were lower-than-expected economic growth, rising interest rates, stricter lending practices from financial institutions, and a decrease in unsold homes due to the company successfully closing 3 projects. New projects began launching in the second half of the year, resulting in the company recognizing only partial revenue in 2023. However, it is anticipated that the economic situation will improve in 2024.

The company is preparing to move towards even greater success by continuously developing projects that meet the needs of residents. Following last year's achievements, the company successfully sold 100% of the ownership of 3 projects, including THE GLAMOR Ekkamai – Praditmanutham, CHER Watcharapol, and CHER Ngamwongwan - Prachachuen. The company is set to launch 5 new projects with a total value exceeding 2.6 billion baht, including CHER Westville Ratchaphruek, CHER Phaholyothin - Sai Mai, CHER Vibhavadi Rangsit, CORDIZ Pattanakarn - On Nut, and CHER Pinklao - Ring Road, to better meet the needs of a broader customer segment.

The first project set to launch in mid-2024 is CHER Westville Ratchaphruek, which is a 2-3 story townhouse project located in the heart of the Ratchaphruek area, comprising 203 units on a land area of 17-3-26.2 rai, with a project value of 750 million baht. This project features red brick townhouses designed under the Modern Tropical concept, with semi-outdoor spaces that connect the interior architecture with the exterior nature. The design features simple, modern lines, and the common area is fully equipped with amenities such as a garden, Enjoyment Clubhouse, swimming pool, Greenery Fitness, co-working space, semi-outdoor areas, and Alpha joy playground. It is conveniently accessible to business zones or the city center via 3 main roads: Ratchaphruek Road, Borommaratchachonnani Road, and Nakhon In Road, close to the Si Rat Expressway entrance and surrounded by various lifestyle destinations such as Central WESTVILLE, The Crystal SB Ratchaphruek, HomePro, Villa Market, The Walk, The Circle, Central Westgate, and Central Pinklao, all within a 5-10 minute drive.

Additionally, the company has allocated a budget of over 1,000 million baht for land purchases to foster growth, aiming to develop new projects and expand the business sustainably in the future. Currently, the company has 11 projects under construction and sale, with a total value of over 5,300 million baht, including townhouses, duplexes, and single-family homes, with a sales target of 1,300 - 1,500 million baht. The company is confident that this will ensure continuous growth for the business this year and next year,” Mr. Suthichai concluded.
