Shareholders of Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited (NVD) voted to change the company's name to "Nirvana Development Public Company Limited" and approved a cash dividend for the fiscal year 2022 at a rate of 0.06 baht per share, totaling 93.19 million baht. The dividend is set to be paid on May 9, 2023. CEO “Sarasak Somwattana” stated that this year the company will aggressively expand its business, preparing to launch nine new residential projects, including single houses, townhomes, and condominiums, with a total value exceeding 21.1 billion baht, targeting the upper market segment with a sales goal of 8.5 billion baht, supporting total revenue to reach 4.5 billion baht, a 75% increase from the previous year.

Mr. Sarasak Somwattana, CEO of Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited (NVD), revealed that the annual general meeting of shareholders for 2023 approved the change of the company's name to “Nirvana Development Public Company Limited” and also approved the payment of dividends from the net profit of operations for the year 2022, covering January 1 to December 31, 2022, and from retained earnings at a rate of 0.06 baht per share, totaling 93.19 million baht. The company has set the record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends on March 10, 2023, with the payment scheduled for May 9, 2023.

“The overall business operation in 2023 will be a year of aggressive expansion, as we believe that the demand for upper-market housing remains strong and has growth potential post-COVID-19. The company is ready to launch nine new projects, including single houses, townhomes, and condominiums, with a total value exceeding 21.1 billion baht, aiming for total sales of 8.5 billion baht, which represents a remarkable growth of over 160% from the previous year, and targeting revenue of 4.5 billion baht, a 75% increase.”

The nine new residential projects will be in the luxury segment, with brands catering to various buyer segments, from ultra-luxury to super luxury, modern luxury, modern high-end, and affordable modern high-end.

The company continues to focus on developing residential projects primarily in the Krungthep Kreetha area, as it is a high-growth upper-market residential location with significant potential for living. It offers multiple access routes to main roads leading into central Bangkok, and is also close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, international schools, hospitals, leading shopping malls, and other amenities. In the second quarter, the company plans to launch four new projects: Nirvana Collection Krungthep Kreetha, an ultra-luxury single house priced between 80-150 million baht in a prime location along Krungthep Kreetha Road; Nirvana Absolute Krungthep Kreetha, a value luxury single house priced between 15-25 million baht; THE MOST condominium in Rattanathibet, offering a double-space living experience near Central Mall and the BTS, starting at 1.79 million baht; and finally, Nirvana Define Krungthep Kreetha, the first townhome with a rooftop garden, along with the unveiling of a new landmark, Nirvana Township, a community of quality living on the new Krungthep Kreetha road, featuring a lifestyle community mall named Nirvana PORCH, designed to be a comprehensive hub of convenience, enhancing the living experience.
