This is driven by the SC Thriving Beyond strategy, focusing on quality, superior, and sustainable growth, aiming to create value for people and the world through operations under four main pillars: customers, employees, environment, and organization.

1. Customers: SC is committed to delivering high-quality products and services, developing both houses and condominiums, and innovating to meet the diverse needs of residents across various price points, lifestyles, and generations, ensuring a worry-free quality of life. In 2023, there are plans to launch a total of 25 new projects worth 40 billion baht, divided as follows:

  • 22 new low-rise projects worth 30 billion baht to maintain its leadership in the high-quality single-house market, featuring highlights such as:

    - Project 95E1 (Ninety-Five East One), a new brand in the Ultimate Luxury segment, with the highest starting price ever at 100 million baht, limited to just 10 units, each over 800 square meters, with a project value of 970 million baht.

#OneSizeDoesNotFitAll: With the great response to the "Single's Home", this year SC reinforces its market leadership in developing homes designed for unique lifestyles by launching the #Gamer’s Home, co-designed by famous gamers Willcomeback and MNJ TV, catering to the needs of modern professionals like Streamers and Content Creators. It will be open for viewing starting March 20, 2023, at the Venue ID Motorway-Rama 9 project, with a starting price of 14.29 million baht, and plans for future developments tailored for both Introvert and Extrovert lifestyles.

#SCHomesForAll: Creating homes that cater to customers across all price ranges, this year SC will have homes starting from 2.5 million baht to over 150 million baht, launching new home series for each sub-brand to compete for leadership in single-house sales.

This year, 2023, SC is ready to enter the high-rise market with 3 highlight projects:
• Launching a new brand targeting the younger generation, focusing on developing communal areas as part of Living Solutions for a better living experience in a sustainable society, in two potential locations: Ratchada-Rama 9, near MRT Cultural Center, project value 5.5 billion baht, starting at 2 million baht, representing a new segment for SC.
• The second new brand location is Kaset-Sripatum, opposite Sripatum University, adjacent to the BTS, project value 1.4 billion baht, emphasizing design and communal area for the new urban generation.
• The SCOPE Prasanmit condominium targets International Premium customers who value both quality and design at a world-class level, living "Live the Finest Life" with premium services starting at 35 million baht, project value 2.6 billion baht.

In addition to focusing on developing high-quality homes and condominiums with functions that meet residents' needs, over the years SC has continued to innovate using technology to deliver Living Solutions that address daily life challenges, aiming to improve customers' quality of life. The plans for 2023 include:
• Installing a set of living technology in homes and condominiums, totaling 24 items, for SC Asset customers, targeting no less than 5,000 households in 2023.
• Launching Morning Coin to connect customers with a superior world of privileges through Blockchain innovation, aiming for improved quality of life, greater convenience, and enhanced security in the good community of “Roojai Club,” set to launch mid-2023.

2. Employees: SC employees thrive, working in value-creating roles that unleash their full potential. SC has always prioritized investment in human resources, as personnel are the heart of sustainable organizational growth.
SC invests in various infrastructures, connecting databases systematically, reducing work time, and increasing work efficiency to support business growth.
• Creating experiences for employees beyond traditional work, utilizing Morning Coin and an NFTs accumulation system with Blockchain technology, allowing employees to develop themselves, unleash their potential, work meaningfully, and take pride in growing with the organization, set to launch in March.

3. Environment: SC announces the #SCeroMission commitment to conduct business to improve the environment. Greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced from product design, innovation, and collaboration with leading partners focused on reducing greenhouse gases, covering the entire process from design to use, under 8 sub-missions.
SC aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 25% by 2030.
• Since late 2022, a team has been established to develop SC#LowCarbon Homes through research simulating energy use in residential homes in collaboration with the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Thammasat University, aiming to deliver housing products that harm the planet less, reduce energy consumption, and lower costs for better physical and mental health for future customers.

4. Organization: The organization grows from various business engines, both in the core business Engine1 and the recurring income business Engine2, with a goal to continuously increase investments every year.

For the 2023 business plan, SC has set several key targets:
Continuing growth with sales of 30 billion baht, a 23% increase, divided into 65% low-rise projects and 35% high-rise projects.
Generating total revenue of 25 billion baht, a 16% increase, from both sales projects and recurring income businesses in a 95:5 ratio, respectively.
Total investment value of 25 billion baht, with an investment ratio of 80% in low-rise and high-rise projects and 20% in recurring income businesses, to ensure strong and sustainable organizational growth, SC plans to increase investments and start recurring income businesses.
Launching YANH Ratchawat Hotel to welcome tourists from around the world under the concept of “Workcation Hotel,” supporting the growing trend of Remote Working, especially in Thailand post-COVID-19, set to open in March 2023.

Developing a new hotel brand on Sukhumvit 29, with an investment value of 2.5 billion baht, and plans to expand the hotel business in Pattaya to reach a total of 1,000 keys.
• Currently, SC manages rental office space totaling 120,000 square meters.
• Following the announcement of collaboration with Flash Express in 2022, SC plans to expand its warehouse business, aiming to develop warehouse space to 1,000,000 square meters by 2030.

Mr. Natthapong concluded that SC Thriving Beyond is the path to sustainable growth for SC over the next 5 years, with the core focus on creating value to grow “together” with the environment and stakeholders in SC's business. The value will return to generate profits for the organization, and profits will return to create value for the surrounding community sustainably.
