Previously, Koon Estate Co., Ltd. developed the Kimpton Kitalay Samui, a luxury resort on Cheong Mon Beach, Koh Samui, as well as luxury home projects in prime city locations on Sukhumvit Road, including Quarter Thonglor, Quarter 39, and Quarter 31. Additionally, they have developed five condominium projects: Cooper Siam, Klass Langsuan, Klass Siam, Klass Sarasin, and Klass Silom, with a total project value exceeding 9.8 billion baht. Ms. Valerie Chiu, Director of Asia International School Limited (AISL) Academy and daughter of Mr. Daniel Chiu, the founder of AISL, stated that AISL manages Harrow International Schools in the Asia region, covering kindergarten to high school (K-12) across 10 locations in Thailand, Hong Kong, China, and Japan, with a total of 7,074 students and a team of 1,876 staff from 34 countries.
