Origin Achieves New High Sales at the 42nd Housing and Condo Expo with Over 120 Units Sold Worth 650 Million Baht in 4 Days
Origin Property showcased at the Housing and Condo Expo for 4 days, achieving a New High sales record of 650 million baht. The demand for condos across all segments, both for residential and investment purposes, was outstanding. Following the expo's return after 3 years, consumer purchasing power has fully recovered, with a range of standout products and appealing designs available throughout Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). The real estate market in Q4/2022 is expected to thrive due to various positive factors, including the progress of the Yellow and Pink subway lines. The company is preparing to host a major event at Siam Paragon in mid-December to enhance consumer engagement.

Mr. Apisit Sunthornchookiat, CEO of Origin Condominium Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, revealed that during the 42nd Housing and Condo Expo at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center from October 27-30, the company sold over 120 units of houses and condominiums, totaling approximately 650 million baht. This marks the highest sales record (New High) for the company since participating in the expo and represents the most vibrant sales during a 4-day booth period.
The sales were distributed across all segments of houses and condominiums, with strong interest in the Entry Level condos priced around 50,000-90,000 baht per square meter, Mid-end to High-end condos priced up to 200,000 baht per square meter, and Luxury condos priced over 200,000 baht per square meter. Additionally, the Investment Property segment continued to attract investor interest.

Initially, the company assesses that several factors contributed to Origin achieving this New High sales record:
1. The return of the Housing and Condo Expo after 3 years and the recovery of consumer purchasing power.
2. A diverse range of products across various segments and locations covering Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and the EEC.
3. The functionality and design of the products meet the lifestyle needs of modern consumers.
4. Effective promotions, including partnerships with banks allowing consumers to enjoy 0% installments for 2 years and a chance to win a travel package to Japan.

Mr. Apisit further stated that the real estate market in Q4/2022 is expected to be the most active period of the year and the most vibrant in several years due to various factors, including the return to normal consumer spending and the progress of infrastructure development, particularly the Yellow and Pink subway lines scheduled to open next year.
