Mr. Pirapong Jarunek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate development company, revealed that in Q1 2026, the company achieved sales of over 4.511 billion baht. This includes approximately 88% from condominium projects under the operation of Origin Vertical Corporation Limited (ORIGIN VERTICAL) and about 12% from housing projects under Britania Public Company Limited (BRI). Sales from ready-to-move projects accounted for approximately 61%, while sales from new launches and ongoing construction projects combined made up about 39%.

The company is also launching a pre-opening for a new real estate project called BRILLIANT BUSINESS PARK, featuring built-to-suit land for showrooms, studios, offices, and homes, all designed specifically for business needs. The first phase is valued at 1.2 billion baht, targeting customers such as business owners, SMEs, logistics, distribution centers, processed goods businesses, and investors.

Additionally, the Origin Residences Phuket Bangtao is a luxury pet-friendly condominium in a premium serviced residence format, located just 400 meters from Bangtao Beach, achieving sales of up to 60% within just 2 months. Currently, Origin has 8 projects in Phuket, with a total value exceeding 16.7 billion baht.

This sales achievement has bolstered a backlog of over 34.476 billion baht, with revenue recognition expected to continue over the next 4 years. In Q2/2026, there will be 2 more projects transferring ownership, valued at over 2.7 billion baht, including So Origin Siriraj and Origin Place Phetkasem, which already have over 98% backlog.
