This initiative encourages Thai people to adopt clean energy innovations and technologies, aiming for a Zero Carbon living environment.

Mr. Wasan Srirattanapong, Chief Business Development Officer of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, stated that Property Perfect has always focused on developing residential projects alongside creating a good environment, recognizing that a healthy environment starts at home. With the current trend showing an increasing demand for energy-efficient homes that contribute to environmental preservation, the latest concept, Green Neighbor, has been introduced in projects that prioritize environmental care and energy savings. Projects like Perfect Masterpiece and Perfect Place have installed solar roofs and electric vehicle (EV) chargers in new homes, while Perfect Park has implemented EV Ready systems to facilitate residents. Additionally, Property Perfect homes are constructed with eco-friendly materials that help save energy and reduce natural resource consumption. The special benefits from this partnership with Kasikorn Bank and Pasaya aim to make it easier for consumers to own quality homes utilizing clean energy innovations.

Ms. Chonlarat Pinijbenjapol, Deputy Managing Director of Kasikorn Bank, mentioned that today’s consumers are increasingly prioritizing environmentally friendly lifestyles. Given the recent volatility in energy prices, which significantly affects household expenses, many are seeking energy-efficient homes as a long-term solution to reduce costs and promote clean energy to combat global warming. The bank aims to support more Thai people in accessing a Green Lifestyle through the GO GREEN Together project, partnering with Property Perfect and Textile Gallery to encourage the use of clean energy innovations. They are launching the “Green Home Loan” with a special interest rate starting at 2.83% per annum for the first three years, offering up to 100% loan amounts with repayment terms of up to 30 years, along with free property appraisal fees for customers purchasing energy-efficient homes in 31 Property Perfect projects. Customers can also pay for home reservations using Kasikorn credit cards to receive a 10% cashback when redeeming points equal to the spending amount or choose to reserve homes using Xpress Cash cards with repayment terms of up to 36 months. Additionally, there are exclusive promotions from Pasaya, offering discounts of up to 10,000 baht on curtains and free installation, along with an additional 10% discount on other products to encourage Thai people to GO GREEN towards creating a Zero Carbon living society.

Ms. Ratiya Chanthathian, Managing Director of Textile Gallery Co., Ltd., or the Pasaya brand, stated that this collaborative project aims to move towards a Zero Carbon Emission society, in line with the company's policy to reduce carbon emissions by 25% by 2022. This will be achieved by switching to clean energy from solar cells and transitioning the dyeing process from coal combustion to a cleaner method. The company intends to become a Zero Emission business by 2035, alongside pursuing Circular Economy initiatives. Within the next three to four years, home decor textiles, such as curtains and upholstery fabrics produced by the company, will be made from 100% recycled fibers while maintaining quality and considering everyone’s health, in line with the company’s slogan, “Pasaya for everyone’s good health.”

Customers interested in energy-efficient homes can apply for the green home loan to receive exclusive promotions at any Kasikorn Bank branch from today until November 30, 2022, and must mortgage the collateral by December 30, 2022. For more information, please contact K-Contact Center at 02 8888888.
