The Home Builder Association is ready to serve as a central platform to support the home building business both practically and academically. Recently, they have brought in experts to update knowledge and share experiences through the Home Builder Expert 2021 course, aimed at continuously elevating and developing the new generation of home building businesses for the fourth time, over four full days, under the theme “Unlocking the Home Building Business: Preparing for Professionalism.”

Mr. Worawut Kanjanakul, President of the Home Builder Association (HBA), revealed that the association is prepared to be a central stage for promoting and supporting the home building business, both in practice and academically, to elevate the quality standards of products and services to be trustworthy and accepted by the government, various business organizations, consumers, and the general public.

In the past, the Home Builder Association has operated through various channels. Most recently, on November 19-20 and 26-27, 2021, they conducted training through the Home Builder Expert 2021 course, a four-day program under the theme “Unlocking the Home Building Business: Preparing for Professionalism.” This year marks the fourth time they have organized this training course to elevate and develop the home building business to meet standards and gain recognition.

Participants in this training received valuable information and insights from leading experts in the home building business, who shared in-depth secrets and experiences in marketing and sales, finance and taxation, as well as essential standards that home builders must know. Mr. Surasak Leuangusakoon, Co-Founder / Director of Planning & Idea CEO at BrandBaker, discussing “Digital Marketing Strategies for the Home Building Business.” Mr. Kosol Kowisuth, Managing Director of Royal House Co., Ltd. and Special Activities Director of the Home Builder Association, shared experiences on “What Needs to Change in Modern Home Building Marketing.” Dr. Witaya Jarupongsophon, Co-Founder and Director of Planning and Ideas at BrandBaker, imparted knowledge under the topic “Branding & Price Strategy.”

Additionally, the Executive Chairman of The Emperor House Co., Ltd. and Business Development Advisor of the Home Builder Association, Mr. Suratchai Koonghakij, shared insights on the current economic conditions, emphasizing that businesses must not halt their transformation but continuously develop, overcome their limitations, and adapt quickly to survive. Participants also had the opportunity to visit a real construction site featuring a luxury home valued at 100 million baht from Master Plan 101 Co., Ltd. in an exclusive experience.

Moreover, Mr. Manop Seeleuang, Executive of Yellow Accounting School / Founder of Yellow Accounting School, and Ms. Kanokrai Winthanan, Executive of Yellow Accounting Co., Ltd. (Accounting Office), who is also a Tax Auditor (TA) / Founder at Yellow Accounting Co., Ltd., lectured on “Tax Story: Taxes in the Home Building Business.” At the same time, Mr. Kritanan Wirojsailee, Founder of Sales101 & Founder of Sales University, shared techniques for successful client sales in the topic “Art of Sales: Unlocking Sales Techniques for the Home Building Business,” enhancing the ability to close sales opportunities based on real experiences from Mr. Theer Boonwasana, Managing Director of Ayutthaya Home Building Co., Ltd. and Vice President of Academic Affairs and Deputy Secretary of the Home Builder Association, and Ms. Ratchadaporn Winyasa, Executive Director of Marketing and Sales at Build to Build Group.

Mr. Olar Chanphu, Managing Director of Advance Home Co., Ltd. and Secretary of the Home Builder Association, lectured on “The Standard: Standards Home Builders Must Know,” reinforcing the importance of good home building standards, which provide at least six benefits:

4. Decreased disputes that could lead to lawsuits
5. Increased customer confidence

Additionally, Mr. Pongwat Kritsanamra, CPO of BUILK ONE GROUP, presented on “Construction Innovation,” before concluding with three executives seasoned in the home building industry: Mr. Pramote Theerakool, Executive Chairman of Four Development Group and former President of the Home Builder Association; Mr. Sakda Kowisuth, Executive Chairman of Royal House Co., Ltd. and former President of the Home Builder Association; and Mr. Sutee Ketsiri, Managing Director of Build to Build Group and Special Advisory Board Member of the Home Builder Association, who shared their real experiences on how to survive the economy during the COVID-19 era.
