Mr. Vicharn Wiriyaputhit, Chief Financial Officer of Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), a leading real estate developer in Thailand, stated, "In 2023, Sansiri achieved efficient operational results with a net profit of 6.06 billion baht, the highest in our 40-year history, representing an ALL-TIME HIGH and a 42% increase from 2022's net profit of 4.28 billion baht, with a net profit margin of 15.5%. This sets a new record, making us the company with the highest net profit growth in the real estate sector. Total sales reached 49 billion baht, and total revenue also set a new record at 39.08 billion baht, a 12% increase from the previous year, driven by the launch of new projects in both horizontal and vertical developments, particularly in the luxury single-detached home market where Sansiri is a market leader. Projects like Narasiri Krungthep Kreetha, Setthasiri Don Mueang, Narasiri Phaholyothin-Watcharapol, Bukan Krungthep Kreetha, and Burasiri Watcharapol have seen continuous transfers. For ready-to-move condominiums, projects like XT Phaya Thai, XT Huai Khwang, D Condo Phana, Oka House, Edge Central Pattaya, The Base Phetchaburi-Thonglor, and The Move Bangna have also contributed significantly. The company plans to announce an annual dividend payment of 0.20 baht per share, having already paid an interim dividend of 0.10 baht per share in September 2023, with a final dividend payment of 0.10 baht per share scheduled for May, resulting in a Dividend Yield of 10.8% for 2023.
