Mr. Charn Sirirat, Deputy Managing Director of Building Resource Management and Engineering at Plus Property Co., Ltd. (standing in the front row, 9th from the left in the photo) served as a special speaker for the course “Building Resource Management” Class 2 for executives and the general public from both the public and private sectors, organized by the Property Management Association of Thailand. Mr. Chet Tangtrongjitrakul, President of the Property Management Association of Thailand, welcomed the attendees. The event featured lectures aimed at enhancing knowledge and understanding of building resource management concepts, equipping participants with skills, knowledge, and comprehension necessary for managing building resources, including physical aspects, engineering, space management, relevant laws, as well as updates on technology trends in building resource management. Additionally, Mr. Charn shared over 27 years of experience in building resource management and engineering, with the goal of enhancing the capabilities and skills of practitioners and fostering professional advancement. The event took place at the Chalermphrakiat Meeting Room, 8th floor, Chalermphrakiat Building, Phranakhon Rajabhat University, recently.
