Plus Property is advancing the standards of the Thai property management industry, leading the PLUS EDUPLEX Institute to secure accreditation for its hospitality course from the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (CTH) in the UK, marking it as the first in the Thai Property Management business to gain the right to conduct training under this international standard.

CTH is a qualification accrediting organization for Hospitality, Tourism & Culinary from the UK, with a network of over 200 partner institutions in more than 36 countries worldwide, playing a role in setting service standards in the tourism, hotel, and premium service industries.

Previously, PLUS EDUPLEX launched the Luxury Management Academy in collaboration with leading hospitality organizations both domestically and internationally to deliver services with a “Luxury DNA” that understands management, residential care, and lifestyle for clients in luxury projects.

This year, we are building on our success by launching the “Luxury Management for Branded Residence” course, the first in Thailand under CTH standards, in collaboration with Silpakorn University International College or SUIC, specializing in Luxury Brand Management, along with guest lecturers from the Paris School of Business in France at Silpakorn University on May 27.

This course will cover topics such as Luxury Service Design, Brand Positioning, Service Identity, Estate Leadership, Asset Financials, Lifestyle Curatorship, Branded Residence Execution, and Elite Service Standards, including perspectives on Sustainability in the Luxury Industry from international experts, along with practical learning through site visits, panel talks, and case studies from the real industry.

Graduates of the course will receive a certificate from CTH, recognized in many countries worldwide, allowing for long-term career advancement in the service sector.

Plus aims to produce quality personnel to deliver premium Property Management services to clients, starting with the first project team at The Standard Residences Phuket Bang Tao, a branded residence condominium in Bang Tao, Phuket, ready to provide services with a 5-star hotel standard, which Plus has been entrusted by The Standard to manage the project.
