N.C. Housing marks its 30th anniversary by promoting a Green Concept, integrating all products into ESG, with a goal to tackle the challenges of 2024. The company is confident in the growth of horizontal housing and aims to expand its portfolio across four zones. N.C. Housing Public Company Limited operates in real estate, both horizontal and vertical, under the Home Expert Living Care concept. As the first in Thailand to receive ISO certification, the company strengthens its position in 2024 by emphasizing the Green Concept as part of its ESG mission, seizing the opportunity to increase its investment portfolio by 7.2 billion baht across four zones in Bangkok, with a revenue target of 3 billion baht.

Mr. Somnuek Tantatherdtham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, discussed the direction of the real estate market this year, predicting that the horizontal housing market will continue to grow, particularly in the segment of homes priced below 5 million baht. N.C. is expanding its base to adapt well, maintaining strict cost management within the organization and managing teams with a new corporate culture that incorporates 4C, focusing on collaborative efficiency and prioritizing service as a comprehensive home consultancy. The company is committed to its business mission, promoting the Green Concept towards ESG 2024.
For the operational plan in 2024, N.C. is preparing to expand its investment portfolio across four main zones around Bangkok, developing new horizontal projects in prime locations suitable for living, enhancing value for homebuyers with innovative home technologies, and advancing its three main strategic areas this year.

1. Green Concept: With project design, architectural concepts, and environmentally friendly elements, the designs focus on sustainable living. This includes careful selection of materials and sanitary ware, considering both cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness, as well as energy management and lighting design integrated with modern technology, enhancing comfort in homes and promoting health for all family members.

2. Expanding Location Portfolio and Customer Base: In 2024, N.C. aims to enhance its service offerings to both existing and new customers, representing a significant base for the company. There will be new project launches in new locations in the eastern Bangkok area and Nonthaburi, focusing on prime zones and introducing new segments in the market through innovative solutions. Six new projects under the N.C. brand will be launched in four locations around Bangkok, with a total value of 7.2 billion baht. Additionally, the company will strengthen its community management, recognized for its success under the slogan “Knowing Homes, Understanding You,” and expand its services to include second-hand homes across all projects, aligning with its strategic business expansion plan to support comprehensive community services under the name Nc Q Prompt.

3. Mission Towards ESG 2024: N.C. continues to develop housing, products, and services, including new product extensions. This year’s plan will enhance its mission to adhere to ESG principles, focusing on responsibilities across Environmental, Social, and Governance dimensions. In terms of the environment, the company will consider efficient resource use from upstream to downstream. Socially, it will focus on community impact, ensuring fair and equitable human resource management, and maintaining clear governance processes both internally and externally. ESG will support the organization in creating value for products and services while upholding ethical business practices.

This year, N.C. is ready to expand its base of horizontal projects and aims to grow in the single-family home market priced between 5-7 million baht, new twin houses styled like single-family homes priced at 4-5 million baht, and townhouses with distinctive designs priced at 2-3 million baht. The company will also increase access to new customer segments, broadening its customer base through digital marketing that reaches homebuyers and promotional activities to support the launch of six new horizontal projects in four prominent locations around Bangkok, with a total value of 7.2 billion baht. The focus will be on homes priced at 5 million baht, with an increased proportion compared to last year, targeting sales of 5 billion baht and recognizing revenue of 3 billion baht in 2024. The company is preparing to accelerate the launch of new projects in the first half of the year, with two projects in two locations under the N.C. Neo La brand: Wang Luang Lamlukka and Baan Fah Grand Town, Phetkasem-Sai 5, with a total value of 2.2 billion baht, Mr. Somnuek concluded.
