• Sansiri continues to advance, restructuring once again by appointing Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuak as the Chief Executive Officer (President).
  • Leading a new management team to drive growth into its 40th year, aiming to maintain its leadership position in the residential real estate development sector with a new project development plan for 2024 valued at 60 billion baht.

The Board of Directors of Sansiri Public Company Limited has approved the appointment of Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuak as Chief Executive Officer (previously serving as Chief Operating Officer), effective February 15, 2024.

Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuak is a key figure in the Thai real estate industry, with a sharp vision for the market and the ability to forecast various situations. With 30 years of expertise in real estate business development and investment, he has tirelessly contributed to various projects, both horizontal and vertical, setting numerous new records in the Thai real estate sector, including:

  • The flagship super-luxury project that has brought fame to Thailand, 98 Wireless on Witthayu Road, which set a new record in the real estate sector with a resale price of 1 million baht per square meter, the highest in Thailand, earlier this year.
  • Creating growth opportunities through joint ventures with national and global partners, such as BTS Group, to jointly develop real estate along Thailand's first electric train line, as well as a partnership with Tokyu Corporation from Japan for both horizontal and vertical project developments.
  • Being one of the first to integrate technology and PropTech into the real estate industry, significantly enhancing business efficiency and agility, exemplified by the development of the SANSIRI Home Service Application, which consolidates all services for Sansiri residents, and the LIV-24 service, a comprehensive 24-hour real-time security monitoring system, the first and only of its kind in the Thai real estate sector.
  • Expanding investments into future potential businesses such as hotels, finance, and clean energy sectors.
  • Driving sustainability initiatives with a commitment to being a catalyst for sustainable environmental change, aiming to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, making it the first real estate company in Thailand to set such a goal.

Mr. Uthai's assumption of this position comes at a highly opportune time to lead a new management team in propelling Sansiri into its 40th year, a business institution that has shown strong and sustainable growth. This aligns with the aspirations of the new generation while emphasizing social responsibility and environmental stewardship. The business plan for 2024 aims to launch a total of 46 new projects valued at 61 billion baht, catering to all needs and covering every location, targeting those with genuine housing demands, with sales targets of 52 billion baht and transfer targets of 43 billion baht.
