CPAC Green Solution, a leader in environmental construction innovation, in collaboration with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), organized the seminar "GREEN INNOVATION FOR INDUSTRIAL PLANT" to enhance understanding of how to leverage digital technology to drive innovations in construction, maintenance, and waste management in factories for sustainable reuse. The initiative aims to disseminate knowledge to operators in 11 industrial estates across the country to elevate green factory standards towards sustainability in line with ESG principles. The seminar featured three main topics: Green Construction Solution, Smart Industrial Solution, and Green Circularity Solution.

The industrial sector is a crucial mechanism for driving the country forward. Over the years, the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) has envisioned bringing industrial estates to international standards through sustainable innovation. To achieve this goal, it collaborates with CPAC Green Solution, a leader in environmental construction innovation committed to developing and promoting digital technology in every construction process for efficiency and environmental friendliness under the concept of “Turn Waste to Value,” transforming waste into sustainable benefits for society.

The primary objective of this event is to focus on developing products and services with modern technology to deliver value to all stakeholders in the industrial sector, aligning with IEAT's four dimensions of sustainable development (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) within the framework of sustainability operations (Environmental, Social, and Governance: ESG) and economic development towards sustainable growth under the BCG Model, which includes economic (Economy), social (Social), environmental (Environment), and good corporate governance (Corporate Governance). The seminar presented comprehensive knowledge in three main topics: Innovation Green Construction Solution, Innovation Smart Industrial Solution, and Innovation Green Circularity Solution.

Innovation Green Construction Solution focuses on enhancing the efficiency of construction, repair, and maintenance in factories, such as CPAC SB&M Lifetime Solution, which offers repair services for large buildings and structures, structural strength assessment and analysis services using innovative technology with expert teams from both domestic and international backgrounds; CPAC Floor Solution - Industrial Floor, which involves the construction and repair of factory floors to enhance strength against impacts and wear; CPAC Ultra Beam & Column for Warehouse Solution, suitable for industrial applications or projects using structural steel to improve structural efficiency; CPAC 3D Printing Solution, a modern construction innovation utilizing 3D Concrete Printing technology for creating and designing curved lines independently, allowing for faster construction with less labor; and CPAC Ultra Bridge Solution, which provides comprehensive design and construction services for bridges using CPAC's unique Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC).

Innovation Smart Industrial Solution aims to enhance the efficiency of machinery maintenance and production processes, as well as manage pollution within factories, divided into three groups. The first group, Reliability Solution, includes solutions for Large Rotating Machine with services such as Inspection, Predictive Maintenance, and comprehensive consulting for large rotating machinery, as well as Systematically Integrated Maintenance Solution (SIMs), which involves designing and installing software for machinery maintenance. The second group, Environmental, discusses solutions for Dedusting, providing comprehensive dust removal systems for industrial factories, and Odor Solution, which involves installing dust removal systems for industrial factories. The final group, Energy Solution, covers Boiler Solution, offering comprehensive industrial boiler services, Solar Solution for designing and installing solar power generation systems, and Air Compressor services for installation and maintenance of air compressors.

Additionally, Innovation Green Circularity Solution focuses on enhancing waste management in factories for reuse, comprising solutions such as Green Waste Management, which manages waste and by-products from the industrial sector to minimize waste and ensure that waste is managed for maximum value according to the Waste Hierarchy by creating a network of waste users, and Green Fuel Management, a fuel management solution promoting a Low Carbon society by creating alternative fuel supplies and reducing coal usage through technology and local network building.

CPAC Green Solution has actively disseminated knowledge to industrial estates nationwide, including 11 locations: Nong Kha Industrial Estate, Kaeng Khoi Industrial Estate, An Thani Industrial Estate, Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bang Chan Industrial Estate, Samut Sakhon Industrial Estate, Southern Industrial Estate (Songkhla Province), Nakhon Luang Industrial Estate, Bang Pa-in Industrial Estate, Ban Wa Industrial Estate, and Northern Industrial Estate (Lamphun Province).

This collaboration hopes to leverage technology and innovation in the production process to reduce costs and environmental impacts while sustainably advancing towards the development of green factories.
