Noble Development Public Company Limited or NOBLE is preparing to offer 3-year bonds with a 4.70% annual interest rate, available for subscription from April 3 to 5. The company and the bonds have been rated with a credit rating of “BBB” with a “Stable” outlook by Tris Rating Company on February 3, 2023. Krung Thai Bank, Kasikorn Bank, CIMB Thai Bank, Asia Plus Securities, Krung Thai Xspring Securities, and Maybank Securities (Thailand) have been appointed as the bond distribution managers. The proceeds will be used to repay maturing bonds and for working capital in the business.

Mr. Atthawit Chalermthayakorn, Director and Chief Financial Officer of Noble Development Public Company Limited or NOBLE announced that NOBLE is preparing to issue a new series of bonds, which will be unsecured, non-subordinated bonds with a representative for bondholders, available to general investors and/or institutional investors for a duration of 3 years at an annual interest rate of 4.70%, with interest paid every 3 months. The minimum subscription is 100,000 baht, with increments of 100,000 baht, available for subscription from April 3-5, 2023.

The purpose of this bond issuance is to use the proceeds to repay maturing bonds due in April and October 2023, amounting to 1,732.50 million baht and 700.00 million baht, respectively, while the remainder will be used as working capital for the business.

Both the company and the bonds issued this time have received a credit rating from Tris Rating Company on February 3, 2023, at the level of “BBB” with a “Stable” outlook, which is considered an investment-grade rating.

Regarding the performance for the past year 2022, the company reported total revenue of 8,678 million baht, a net profit of 455 million baht, and pre-sales of 17,400 million baht, an increase of 117% from the end of 2021, marking the highest sales record since the company’s establishment. Additionally, the company launched 11 new projects in 2022, with a total project value of 31,550 million baht, including:

For 2023, the company aims for total revenue of 15,000 million baht and sales of 23,000 million baht, with plans to launch 10 new projects worth a total of 23,300 million baht, including single houses, townhomes, vacant land, and both low-rise and high-rise condominiums, distributed across various locations covering all directions of Bangkok, such as the western and eastern parts of Bangkok, as well as central city locations like Witthayu Road.
