Britania demonstrates strong financial discipline by fully repaying the matured BRI265A bonds amounting to 1,083.80 million baht on May 25, 2026.

Mr. Krit Techasamma, CEO of Britania Public Company Limited (BRI), a leader in the development of housing projects under the concept 'Crafted for Better Living', emphasized the company's effective liquidity management and strong financial discipline. He noted that the company has consistently repaid matured bonds, including a previous repayment of 994.90 million baht in November 2025.

“Britania is committed to honoring its promises to shareholders, investors, and stakeholders,” Mr. Krit stated, adding that another success reflecting investor confidence in Britania was the recent bond offering from May 5 to 7, 2026, which sold out completely at 1,300 million baht.

Additionally, Britania has earned consumer trust regarding the quality of its projects and real estate development standards, achieving successful sales closures for four projects:

(1) Brighton Kukot Station

(2) Britania Ratchaphruek-Nakhon In

(3) Britania Bangna Km. 42

and (4) Britania Ring Road-Jatujoti

with a total value of 4,850 million baht. The company aims for a transfer of ownership target of 4,000 million baht for the year, with total sales set at 5,000 million baht and total revenue projected at 3,400 million baht.
