Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, Chief Executive Officer of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate development company, revealed that the company prioritizes liquidity management, focusing on efficient financial and investment management, along with strict financial discipline. Throughout its operations, Origin has consistently demonstrated the ability to repay all bonds on time across all series.

On March 22, 2026, the company repaid two series of bonds that had matured, namely ORI263A and ORI263B, totaling 2,135.0 million baht in full. Most recently, on July 11, the company repaid the matured bond series ORI267A, amounting to 2,067.9 million baht, also in full.
