SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited ("SC" or "the Company") is preparing to offer a new series of bonds, specifically named bonds that are non-subordinated and unsecured, with a representative for bondholders. These bonds will be offered to institutional investors and/or major investors, with a maturity of 3 years and an interest rate between [3.10 – 3.20]% per annum, with interest paid every 6 months throughout the bond's term. Mr. Atthapol Surasithipanthawat, Chief Corporate Support Officer, stated, "For the year 2026, SC continues to adapt with a major rebranding after 20 years, transforming the brand image to be 'more than just housing,' aligning with the business structure that has shifted to a portfolio covering three business engines: Engine 1 for residential real estate, Engine 2 for income-generating real estate, and Engine 3 for new businesses for a better future."

In the first quarter of 2026, the Company reported total revenue of 3,245 million baht, an increase of 21.5% compared to the same period last year, with a backlog of approximately 19,000 million baht, of which about 40% is expected to be transferred this year. In May 2026, the COBE Ratchada-Rama 9 project was completed and began transferring ownership, receiving positive customer responses with accumulated sales of approximately 6,000 million baht. For income-generating real estate, revenue is expected to grow significantly from 2025, with three hotels already in operation totaling 545 rooms, and a warehouse that has been completed and fully leased at approximately 140,000 square meters, with plans to complete a total of 200,000 square meters by the end of 2026. Additionally, apartments in the United States are expected to be fully operational in 2026. Therefore, the Company is confident that overall performance will grow steadily in 2026 and beyond."
