Sansiri Prepares to Celebrate Record Sales of 50 Billion Baht in 2022 After 11-Month Sales Surpass 46 Billion Baht
Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuak, Chief Executive Officer of Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), revealed that Sansiri expects to achieve sales of up to 50 billion baht in 2022, following 11-month sales that soared to 46 billion baht. This includes sales from low-rise projects amounting to 31.3 billion baht and condominium sales of 14.7 billion baht. Notably, in the third quarter, Sansiri recorded sales of 18.5 billion baht, an increase of over 200% compared to the same quarter last year and up 153% from the previous quarter. The third quarter sales set a new high, breaking records for the highest sales in a single quarter in three years since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. This success in operations has led the company to recognize a clear growth trend in the business, with single houses and mixed products growing by 35% and condominiums by over 32%. They anticipate even better performance in the fourth quarter.

Recently, Sansiri announced the success of its new condominium brand “FLO by Sansiri,” which achieved 60% sales on the pre-sale day of The Base Downtown Khon Kaen, with overwhelming responses from customers outside the province.
Additionally, Sansiri has launched two new condominium projects worth a total of 3.2 billion baht, including “FLO by Sansiri,” a new condominium with river views that received a positive response, achieving sales of 300 units or 60% on the pre-sale day. Furthermore, Sansiri has begun to re-enter the provincial market by launching “The Base Downtown Khon Kaen,” the latest condominium from Sansiri located in the heart of Khon Kaen, with fully furnished rooms available for viewing in November. The brand has gained strong confidence and received positive feedback from customers in the provincial market, achieving 80% sales of the units available.

Recently, Sansiri introduced a new definition, “Setting the Standard,” establishing new benchmarks for the luxury and super-luxury real estate industry, with plans to launch “Narasiri Phaholyothin-Watcharapol” and “Bukan Krungthep Kreetha” in early 2023.
The success of sales over the past 11 months stems from customer confidence in the Sansiri brand, which is ranked number one in the hearts of customers in the Thai real estate sector. This has resulted in the completion of sales across 15 projects, both low-rise and condominiums, highlighting the success of being a “market leader in super-luxury and luxury.” Sansiri is also preparing to set a new standard in the real estate industry to meet the increasing demand for luxury homes among high-end customers by launching 7 new projects under the Sansiri Luxury Collection, with a total value of over 18 billion baht. This includes the “Narasiri Phaholyothin-Watcharapol” luxury single-house project set to launch early next year and “Bukan,” an exclusive residence comprising 3 projects in 3 prime locations, including Bukan Krungthep Kreetha, as well as the first launch of 3 new brands that will create a phenomenon in the luxury real estate sector: “No.19,” “SIRINSIRI,” and “NARINSIRI,” which encapsulate the essence of luxury in one place, reaffirming Sansiri's position as the number one leader in the super-luxury and luxury market in Thailand.

“The success of our operations in the past, along with a clear growth trend in the business, gives Sansiri confidence that we can achieve sales of 50 billion baht, a 49% increase from last year’s total sales of 33.5 billion baht, marking a record high in the 38 years since the company was founded. This reflects our expectations for overall performance in 2022, where Sansiri is set to experience outstanding growth in sales, revenue, and profit,” Mr. Uthai stated.
