LINE continues its journey with comprehensive insights at the SME BOOTCAMP in the northeastern province of Khon Kaen, under the theme “Boosting Sales by Creating a Great Buying Experience for Customers” led by Coach Champ Pridi Rojphinyong, a LINE Certified Coach and expert in sales strategy, at the Pullman Khon Kaen Raja Orchid Hotel on August 23, which was filled to capacity with over 250 enthusiastic new SME entrepreneurs attending the event.

Under the theme “Boosting Sales by Creating a Great Buying Experience for Customers,” Coach Champ began by summarizing key branding insights from the SME BOOTCAMP Roadshow's first stage in Pattaya to provide a foundation for the participating SMEs. He then invited attendees to explore the modern customer decision-making journey, which involves several crucial processes: awareness of brand information, product familiarity, understanding the product, making a purchase decision, and ultimately feeling impressed with the product and recommending it.
