LPP Collaborates to Provide Opportunities for Youth Through the reBOX Postal Project, Inviting Residents to Share Happiness by Transforming Boxes and Paper Envelopes into Tables and Chairs
LPP Property Management Co., Ltd. (LPP) has established a policy to regularly conduct community benefit activities every year. This year, in collaboration with the reBox postal project, they are delivering sets of tables and chairs to schoolchildren, with full support from residents in the LPP-managed projects.
Ms. Somsri Techakraisri, Managing Director of LPP Property Management Co., Ltd. (LPP), a property management service provider under L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited, stated that the company operates under the principle of “Unity, Care, and Sharing”. This not only fosters a sense of mutual care within our community but also extends concern to the outside society. Recognizing the importance of environmental issues and social assistance, LPP has initiated the “Community Benefit Return Project” annually, organizing activities or participating in projects that create tangible benefits, allowing residents in over 200 LPP-managed projects to take part.

This year, LPP has partnered with Thailand Post Co., Ltd. to provide good opportunities for youth through the reBOX “reBOX to School” project. This initiative invites the public and organizations to donate all types of unused boxes or paper envelopes at designated donation points to be recycled into tables and chairs for children in border patrol police schools. This project is highly beneficial as it repurposes unused packaging boxes and paper envelopes to enhance educational opportunities and assist students in remote areas.
In this collaboration, LPP has campaigned to encourage residents within the projects to participate by creating promotional materials and setting up donation points for unused boxes and envelopes within the residential condominium projects managed by LPP, both in LPN projects and external projects. This aims to invite owners and residents from over 200 locations to collectively donate “boxes and paper envelopes” that are no longer needed.

LPP is committed to sustainable environmental care and returning benefits to society under the concept of “Unity, Care, and Sharing” through good activities held annually. This encourages owners and residents to participate in giving back to society together under the “Community Benefit Return Project,” which takes place regularly from June to October,” Ms. Somsri stated.
With the current consumer behavior shifting towards online shopping, the reBOX “reBOX to School” project is a great initiative that aligns with the rapid growth of the e-commerce market, which has become increasingly popular. The swift growth has resulted in a significant increase in waste from packaging boxes and paper envelopes. Repurposing strong and good-condition packaging boxes and envelopes or transforming them into various forms to reduce the use of natural resources in production and decrease future waste is a commendable effort that we should all advocate for and cultivate awareness.
As a company that has consistently recognized the importance of environmental issues and social assistance, we express our intention to give back to society and protect the environment by inviting everyone to support the reBOX “reBOX to School” project, transforming boxes and paper envelopes into tables and chairs. You can bring your unused “boxes and paper envelopes” to donate at the designated donation points in participating residential condominium projects and at all Thai Post offices, as well as other nearby donation points, until October 31. Let’s work together to provide good opportunities for Thai youth.
