Mr. Somnuek Tantathodtham, Managing Director of NC Housing Public Company Limited

Mr. Somnuek Tantathodtham, Managing Director of NC Housing Public Company Limited, discussed the overall real estate outlook for 2022, noting that the country's economy is gradually recovering despite risks from the new Omicron variant of the Covid-19 virus and Global Supply Disruption issues that may persist. However, it is expected that demand for horizontal housing will improve in the latter half of the year. There remains pressure on economic recovery, but the government’s measures to reduce transfer and mortgage fees are reassuring, making it easier for homebuyers and stimulating purchasing power in 2022. There is hope that the housing market will improve as buyers gain confidence. For 2022, NC aims to strengthen its team and expand its large-scale horizontal projects in high-potential locations, focusing on growth in the horizontal real estate sector, including townhouses, duplexes, and single-family homes priced at 3-5 million baht. The company plans to broaden its customer base through online marketing strategies that reach homebuyers, with ongoing promotional activities to support the launch of 5 new projects in 3 high-potential locations, valued at a total of 4.5 billion baht, targeting homes priced at 3-5 million baht, with an increased sales target of 4.6 billion baht and projected revenue of 2.5 billion baht for 2022.

NC is also focusing on two main strategies for 2022:

1. Product Benefit Strategy: Developing products that align with consumer market demands. This includes modern design that enhances happiness in every area of the home, integrating convenience and functionality to support the All From Home concept, ensuring that every family can live happily together with technology that meets the needs of all ages in the family, referred to as Allgen.

2. Service Strategy: Elevating Customer Experience. This involves caring for customers from start to finish through Touch Points and Services, enhancing the living experience in community housing developments. The company is also expanding after-sales services with the ALL FROM HOME CENTER and the Wellness & Sport Center under the NC Regen brand, which focuses on health and wellness for residents, not just selling homes but also improving quality of life. This initiative is inspired by the Transition of Family Lifestyle, recognizing the diverse needs of families across generations and emphasizing health and well-being.

NC has been committed to its residents for 28 years, serving over 7,000 families in the northern region with activities promoting health at the NC Regen Wellness Center, including physical therapy, spa services for the elderly, nutrition education hubs, beauty clinics, large swimming pools, and fitness centers. The company is investing an additional 30 million baht to open 2 major centers named NC Regen at the Fah Piyaram Housing Project, Lam Luk Ka Ring Road, Klong 6, covering an area of 5,328 square meters, and Thanya Golf Club, Lam Luk Ka, Klong 5, covering 1,015 square meters.

Mr. Somnuek expressed confidence in achieving the sales target of 4.6 billion baht in 2022, enhancing service capabilities through the NC Regen brand, and providing excellent health care options for all families in the NC community and homebuyers in the northern region, starting from early 2022.
