The company was selected as one of the top 10 outstanding real estate developers based on its exceptional project designs, quality, and consideration for environmental impact. The projects awarded in 2020 include four developments: Park Origin Thonglor, The Hampton Suite Sriracha by Origin and Dusit, The Origin Phahol - Saphan Mai, and KnightBridge Sukhumvit-Thepharak. In 2021, three projects received awards: Staybridge Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit Phrom Phong, InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit, and The Origin Ramindra 83 Station.

The BCI Asia Awards are held annually, and this year the awards were announced online across seven countries in the Asia region: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand. The purpose of the awards is to honor real estate development companies with widely recognized achievements.
