It is a great honor for the real estate sector in Thailand to receive recognition from a leading media outlet in India. Khun Chulamas Jitpatima, Director of MQDC India, has been awarded the "Times Excellence 2021" in the Real Estate category by The Times Group India, the publisher of The Times of India, the world's largest circulated newspaper. This award reflects her outstanding work ethic and ability to manage and implement innovations for sustainable well-being (sustainnovation) at the "Whizdom Club India," which serves as an innovation hub in New Delhi. She has also introduced Thai design and technology to India, such as the AVA disinfectant carpet, which has properties to protect against various viruses, making her the only non-Indian executive to receive this prestigious award.

In 2019, Khun Chulamas expanded the business of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), a leading real estate developer from Thailand, into India.

MQDC opened the Whizdom Club India in the trendy Kailash-II area of New Delhi in 2019, creating an inspiring space and co-working space that reflects the concept of For All Well-Being with designs that support elements of good health for everything on Earth, such as natural light, green spaces, and air ventilation technology to provide clean air.

The Whizdom Club India features relaxation areas like Whiz Terrace and Whiz Kid, as well as meeting and collaboration spaces like the VC Room, seminar area Whiz Live, and Board Room, along with Whiz Café offering a variety of healthy food options.

MQDC has been expanding its product market in India since March, introducing the AVA disinfectant carpet made from fibers containing zinc, which can effectively stop the growth of viruses and pathogens by over 90-97%, and has properties to inhibit bacteria and fungi, including the coronavirus.

The Times Excellence 2021 award selection process involved a rigorous and thorough evaluation by the research agency Market Xcel.
