Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) is moving forward to expedite the delivery of the 'Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit' project, a Super Luxury condominium valued at over 6.5 billion baht. The project has received project finance support of approximately 2.8 billion baht from Siam Commercial Bank to assist in completing the construction and transferring ownership to residents within the next year.
Mr. Atsada Kaewkhiao, Chief Operating Officer of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), stated that the Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit project is currently over 80% complete. The structural work has been finished, and the project is now in the architectural, building systems, and interior decoration phases, preparing for the transfer of ownership to customers as planned. This will enable the company to recognize revenue in the first quarter of 2027.

Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit is a Super Luxury high-rise condominium with 37 floors and 287 units, valued at over 6.5 billion baht. It is located on Sukhumvit Road, surrounded by convenient amenities for travel and living, just about 250 meters from the Ekkamai BTS station. The project has been developed and designed under the concept of 'Nurturing Multi-Generational Living', aimed at promoting co-living among multiple generations through the design of living spaces, amenities, services, and technologies that cater to family members of all ages.

The project's highlights include a 30-year quality guarantee, health and lifestyle services for residents, an indoor air quality management system, safety technologies, and flexible room designs that can connect spaces between units to accommodate larger families.

“The financial support (Project Finance) from Siam Commercial Bank, amounting to over 2.8 billion baht, reflects confidence in the project's potential in terms of location, development quality, and the Multi-Generational Living concept designed to support the lifestyles of family members of all ages,” Mr. Atsada concluded.
