(TLM) to provide long-term residency services and benefits to foreign customers purchasing MQDC properties valued at 3 million baht or more, aiming to elevate the quality of living in Thailand to international standards.

Under this collaboration, MQDC will offer special privileges, including TLM membership application fees and visa fees, totaling 31,000 baht for the first year to foreign customers who transfer ownership of properties in any MQDC project valued at 3 million baht or more, starting today (1 privilege per unit).

(TLM), stated that TLM is ready to deliver quality services and experiences to MQDC residents under the jointly developed privileges, including TLM membership for up to 20 years to ensure comprehensive support for long-term residency.
