LPC Social Enterprise Co., Ltd., part of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited, is advancing its mission to enhance housekeepers' skills to "Green Skills" while promoting sustainable waste sorting. Recently, LPC received a certificate of recognition from the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Support Project (LESS) by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for the year 2025, reflecting the success of developing 'people' alongside caring for 'the planet.' The pilot waste sorting project within LPC's office has successfully reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 5.296 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent, paving the way for the expansion of 10 projects in 2026.

Ms. Daranee Chattpiriyapan, CEO of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited, stated that LPN prioritizes sustainable environmental practices throughout the housing development chain, from project development and designing waste sorting systems to enhancing employee skills for effective resource management within the community. They believe that a good system must be accompanied by knowledge, understanding, and participation from personnel to ensure continuous and sustainable waste management, leading to tangible results. This has earned them the certificate of recognition from the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Support Project (LESS) for the first time, reaffirming LPN's vision of fostering balanced growth between people's quality of life, communities, and the environment to drive the organization towards sustainable Net Zero goals.

Ms. Suraswadi Suewaja, Managing Director of LPC Social Enterprise Co., Ltd., emphasized that LPC is committed to developing Green Skills to elevate the profession of ‘housekeeping staff’ from merely maintaining cleanliness to actively participating in sustainable resource management, reducing environmental impact, and maximizing resource efficiency. These skills also help reduce costs for the organization while systematically sorting waste, achieving a reduction of 5.296 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions.

However, this success is not solely due to the development of employee capabilities but also arises from close collaboration with the committees and legal entities of each project, which are crucial for driving change. With a shared vision of creating environmentally friendly communities, they have opened opportunities for concrete waste sorting and resource management operations, resulting in measurable environmental outcomes and serving as a model that can be expanded to another 10 projects in 2026, including:
