SAM Celebrates 25 Years: Continuing the Happiness Space Project for Communities with Land Donations and CSR Activities for Wat Nong Pho Community School in Ratchaburi
Ms. Narathnaree Ratpat, Managing Director of Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM), celebrated the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the state AMC, reaffirming its role in continuously creating value for Thai society. For the second time, SAM organized a significant public benefit activity under the "SAM Happiness Space for Communities" project by donating land from NPA, managed by SAM, to the Nong Pho Subdistrict Municipality and the Wat Nong Pho community for full utilization. The donation was received by Deputy Mayor Mr. Theerasak Jensomboonsin, along with community leaders and residents at the Wat Nong Pho community in Photharam District, Ratchaburi.
This initiative aims to enhance learning opportunities and develop the potential of local youth by providing scholarships, educational and sports equipment, as well as creative activities to foster imagination and happiness among students, reflecting the organization's policy to sustainably improve the quality of life for all Thai people.

Ms. Narathnaree revealed that SAM operates with a focus on balancing business with social value creation, aiming to provide a good and sustainable quality of life for community members. The donated land, measuring 139 square wah in Nong Pho, Photharam District, Ratchaburi, was identified as a valuable asset that can provide long-term public benefits to the community. This land donation marks the second time under the "SAM Happiness Space for Communities" project, coinciding with the celebration of SAM's 25th anniversary, truly aligning with SAM's social responsibility policies and goals, reinforcing its commitment as a state AMC ready to "Deliver Opportunities for Sustainable New Beginnings for Thais".

Additionally, SAM collaborated with Wat Nong Pho Community School to organize a CSR activity titled "SAM Happiness Space for Communities" at the school in Ratchaburi to support the community's children in achieving a better quality of life. Scholarships totaling 32 were awarded to well-performing students in need, selected by the school, along with educational and sports equipment. The event was attended by Ms. Malthana Kaewsuwan, the school director, along with teachers and students who represented the recipients. Furthermore, activities promoting artistic skills were organized for 5th and 6th-grade students, allowing them to express their creativity through painting on cloth bags in the "SAM Cares for the Earth" initiative, with over 150 teachers and students participating.

"Over the past 25 years, SAM has not only maintained its role in managing the country's assets but has also remained committed to giving back and creating benefits for society in every dimension. This includes donating land to promote environmental sustainability in the community and providing scholarships, educational and sports equipment to help reduce social inequality in education, offering opportunities to develop children's potential for future social development. SAM has also been a crucial cog in the continuous recovery and management of the country's assets and debts, reintegrating them into the national economy. SAM is determined to continue its business to create and deliver a better quality of life for society," Ms. Narathnaree added.
