PRI Reports Q2/2025 Results: Revenue of 433 Million Baht, Profit of 52 Million Baht
Mr. Surin Sahachato Phokanant, Chief Executive Officer of Primo Service Solution Co., Ltd. or PRI, a leader in comprehensive modern real estate services, announced that for the second quarter of 2025 (April-June), the company achieved a revenue of 433 million baht, an increase of 24% from the previous quarter (QoQ), and a net profit of 52 million baht, up 33% from the previous quarter (QoQ). This performance reflects the company's focus on offering all-in-one service packages that cater to customers' needs throughout all life stages, from start to finish. As a result, the company's revenue for the first half of 2025 (January – June) totaled 783 million baht, with a net profit of 91 million baht.

Amidst the challenging real estate market, the company remains confident in its “Focus On Core” strategy, optimizing for sustainable growth aimed at creating quality and sustainable growth. For the second half of the year, PRI plans to restructure its organization into three main business groups: Brokerage, Living, and Engineering, hoping that the new structure will enhance agility, deepen operational focus, and increase competitiveness in the market.
Another key strategy for the second half is to expand the business of selling and renting properties and managing project juristic persons to Phuket, which is considered a high-potential market with demand from both domestic and international clients, supporting the growth of tourism and real estate investment in the area. Additionally, the company continues to seek opportunities from new projects in various provinces to tap into markets with investment potential and growth in the industrial and residential sectors, which is expected to help expand the customer base and increase revenue in the medium to long term.
