The National Housing Authority (NHA) is continuing its efforts to enhance access to housing for the public. Recently, it launched its major campaign of the year, "Celebrating Half a Golden Year with the National Housing Authority," featuring quality housing projects at affordable prices across the country. The campaign offers special benefits such as 0% interest rates, discounts of up to 20%, free steel mesh screens, and relaxed credit measures, aiming to help Thai people own their homes. The campaign runs from June 21 to 30, 2025.

Mr. Thaveepong Vichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, stated that the campaign "Celebrating Half a Golden Year with the National Housing Authority" is designed to provide opportunities for the public, especially those with low to moderate incomes, to own homes more easily with unprecedented special offers. This time, over 10,000 units nationwide are participating, covering affordable housing, community housing, and social and commercial housing development projects, with prices starting from 250,000 to 390,000 baht. The campaign offers substantial benefits in terms of sale prices, payment conditions, and facilitation in the contract process, as well as relaxed credit limitations. The campaign is available only from June 21 to 30, 2025.

We understand the current economic situation where people need financial assistance and access to credit. This campaign emphasizes 'real accessibility' in terms of price, conditions, and value,”

Details of the campaign "Celebrating Half a Golden Year with the National Housing Authority" include:

  1. Special 0% interest rate for the first year on all projects.
  2. Special discounts of 5-20% on 106 projects.
  3. Special price reductions for 48 affordable housing projects, with prices starting from 250,000 - 390,000 baht.
  4. Free steel mesh screens for units approximately 33 square meters valued at no more than 15,000 baht per unit, and for units approximately 24 square meters valued at no more than 12,000 baht per unit, except for the Mitmaitree project, which has a value of no more than 10,000 baht per unit.
  5. Initial reservation fee starting at 1,000 baht.
  6. Direct leasing contracts with the NHA available for all projects.
  7. For customers in the 999 baht rental project, they can immediately switch to a lease-to-own option.
  8. Relaxed criteria for customers with credit bureau issues, while still considering repayment ability.
