National Housing Authority Launches Strong Campaign to Reduce Housing Prices by 5-20% for Low to Middle-Income Earners
The National Housing Authority (NHA) is celebrating its 53rd anniversary by launching a special campaign to stimulate the housing market and provide opportunities for citizens to own their homes more easily. The campaign features nearly 6,000 housing units across 7 provinces with promotional discounts of 5-20%, starting at just 250,000 baht. This offer is available from now until September 30, 2026, or until all units are sold.
Mr. Thaveepong Vichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, revealed that the NHA has a variety of housing options, including single-family homes and condominiums, sized approximately 24 and 33 square meters, located in Nakhon Pathom, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Uttaradit, Buriram, and Chachoengsao. These include the Affordable Housing Project, social housing development projects, community housing projects, and community services projects, such as the Affordable Housing in Pathum Thani (Bang Khu Wat), Nakhon Pathom Community Housing Phase 3, Praksa Affordable Housing, Uttaradit Affordable Housing (Phichai), Buriram Affordable Housing (Satuk), and Chachoengsao Affordable Housing, among others. Prices start at just 250,000 baht and 390,000 baht, with a contract deposit of only 1,000 baht. Buyers will receive special benefits, including free steel mesh screens or electrical appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and fans, valued at up to 12,000 baht for 24 square meter units and 15,000 baht for 33 square meter units. There are no transfer fees and no credit bureau checks.

Interested individuals can sign a purchase agreement directly with the National Housing Authority, provided their household income does not exceed 43,000 baht. They will receive a 0% interest rate in the first year. If customers are unable to secure a loan from financial institutions, they can still participate in the NHA's housing development loan program for low-income earners, which allows a household income of up to 45,700 baht per month, also with a 0% interest rate in the first year, subject to the NHA's terms and conditions.
"This campaign is another important measure by the National Housing Authority to help alleviate the housing burden for the public, especially for low to middle-income earners, by providing quality housing at affordable prices and favorable financial conditions, enabling citizens to have stable and sustainable home ownership," Mr. Thaveepong concluded.
