Origin Partners with Escon Japan (Thailand) to Develop Origin Place Chaengwattana, Reinforcing Confidence in Condominium Development in Thailand
Origin has teamed up with Japanese partner Escon Japan (Thailand) to develop the new high-rise condominium project, Origin Place Chaengwattana, featuring 28 floors with 360-degree views and a ceiling height of 4.2 meters, marking the first of its kind in the Chaengwattana area. The total project value is 2 billion baht, underscoring the company's strong confidence in the potential of Thai condominiums.

Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate development company, announced that on March 31, 2025, the company signed a joint venture agreement with Escon Japan (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading real estate company from Japan. Mr. Toru Kumaki, Director of Project Company at Escon Japan (Thailand), attended the signing ceremony to collaborate on the development of Origin Place Chaengwattana, the first condominium in the area with a ceiling height of 4.2 meters. This project, developed under Origin Vertical Corporation, marks the third joint venture, demonstrating confidence in Origin's strong project development capabilities, even just four days after experiencing an earthquake.
Escon Japan (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has confidence in the potential of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), which has been a partner since 2019, collaborating on the Knightsbridge Sukhumvit-Theparak project, a 35-story condominium with 474 units, as well as joint ventures with Britannia Public Company Limited (BRI) to develop horizontal residential projects under the Origin umbrella, recognizing the ongoing growth opportunities in the real estate sector.

The Origin Place Chaengwattana project starts at 2.59 million baht, featuring a high-rise condominium with 28 floors and 360-degree views, pet-friendly zones, and clearly defined areas. It sits on over 2 rai of land with 700 units and a total project value of 2 billion baht. The project is located on the main Chaengwattana road, near Central Chaengwattana, Impact Muang Thong Thani, the MRT Pink Line (Chaengwattana-Pakkret Station), the Si Rat Expressway, and is close to important facilities such as hospitals, educational institutions, government offices, and shopping malls.
