Plus Property Committed to Sustainability, Leading 6 Residential Projects to Win Green Residence Awards for Eco-Friendly Living
Plus Property is advancing its standards in project management by continuously focusing on sustainability and environmental preservation. Recently, six of its managed projects were certified as eco-friendly residences (Green Residence) for the year 2024, awarded by the Department of Climate Change and Environment. This achievement reflects the company's commitment to promoting effective environmental management and sustainability.

The Green Residence award is given to organizations and residences that manage and utilize resources, including energy, efficiently and effectively, alongside good environmental management and waste management, while supporting the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Plus Property submitted a total of 6 projects for selection and successfully won awards for all of them in two categories:
Excellent Level Award (Gold G) - 3 Awards
- Nia Bay Sansiri
- The Move Kaset
- XT Ekkamai
Very Good Level Award (Silver G) - 3 Awards
- Ficus Lane
- The Monument Sanampao
- The Line Ratchathewi
This success is a result of ongoing projects and activities that support sustainability. Plus Property focuses on three main areas in project management to create communities of residents that effectively manage their environment and sustainability:
1) Waste Management through campaigns, public relations, and training on waste separation across all projects. 2) Energy Management where residential projects must present energy conservation reports for common areas to comply with the company's ISO-14001 standards. 3) Green Activity Initiatives that promote environmental awareness, requiring each project to propose concrete plans and actions regarding waste management, energy, and green spaces within the project.

Narumon Apornthanakul, Assistant Managing Director of Residential Building Management at Plus Property Co., Ltd. stated, “This award is a great pride and a continuous achievement that reflects Plus Property's commitment to promoting environmental management and sustainability that we have pursued consistently. We also have long-term sustainability goals, focusing on using chemicals that do not impact ecosystems and selecting partners who care about sustainable production processes. Additionally, we are pushing for the use of Green Innovation to reduce the use of natural resources and increase the adoption of clean energy innovations, all to meet our goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.”
