Ms. Athika Boonrodchu, Assistant Managing Director of Fund Allocation and Investment at Sena Development Public Company Limited (SENA), a leader in real estate project development, revealed that the company offered its bonds for the second time in 2023, with a maturity of 2 years and 6 months and a fixed interest rate of 5.70% per annum, during the dates of September 27, 30, and October 1, 2023, with a total offering value not exceeding 1 billion baht. The proceeds are intended to repay existing bonds maturing in October 2023. The response from investors was overwhelming, with subscriptions reaching the target set by the company, resulting in a total fundraising amount of 1 billion baht. This reflects that many investors have confidence in the company's performance and its growth potential in the future.
