Primo Service Solutions, or PRI, has announced its Q2/2567 earnings, generating over 371 million baht in revenue and a net profit of 72 million baht. The company continues to drive its business under the concept of “Elevate Your Living Experience,” expanding into government projects, facility management, and housing services, aiming to become a leader in modern real estate services for sustainable growth.

Mr. Surin Sahachartphokanant, CEO of Primo Service Solutions Public Company Limited, revealed that for Q2/2567 (April - June), PRI achieved revenues of 371 million baht and a net profit of 72 million baht. PRI remains committed to stable and sustainable growth, focusing on all service-related factors. In Q2/2567, the company prioritized establishing international standards in organizational quality and personnel development to expand its customer base. In the first half of 2567, PRI and its subsidiaries worked together to create standards through various businesses to foster strong growth, including:

UPM: Certified in three construction management standards: 1. ISO-9001:2015 for international quality management, 2. ISO-14001:2015 for environmental management, and 3. ISO-45001:2018 for occupational health and safety management.

UNO SERVICE: Certified in three systems: ISO 9001:2015 for international quality management, ISO 14001:2015 to promote environmental awareness among personnel, and ISO 45001:2018 to ensure a safe working environment for employees.

Meanwhile, UPM has advanced personnel development through the FIDIC course for public construction consultants, currently managing six public projects. UNO Service has trained employees with experts in various fields to support incoming public and private projects, including office buildings, universities, hospitals, and hotels. Living Services continues to develop personnel with training standards both internally and externally, while also advancing the Happy Maker project to provide heartfelt services to all residents.

Mr. Surin also discussed the overall business outlook for the second half of 2567, stating that PRI will continue to follow its plan under the concept of Elevate Your Living Experience to maintain ongoing standards and expand service offerings into new segments or businesses, including housing services, facility management, and environmental quality monitoring (EIA). At the same time, the company will continue to develop both personnel and technology to meet the needs of customers across B2G, B2B, and B2C sectors, making it easier to reach new clients. Additionally, PRI is actively seeking opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth, such as joint ventures and acquisitions in businesses that complement its existing operations, while also caring for society and the environment.

Furthermore, in the second half of the year, PRI aims to develop and expand its housing service business to enhance customer convenience by upgrading technology and developing software that supports comprehensive living solutions.

“To elevate our services to international standards, PRI has recently received ISO 14064-1:2018 certification regarding greenhouse gas emission reduction standards. We are committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions resulting from our business activities, having assessed and reported our organizational emissions in accordance with ISO 14064-1:2018. Additionally, PRI continues to send its subsidiaries to bid for new projects in both the private and public sectors, including consulting services, construction management, and building management, with a goal of generating 2.25 billion baht in revenue this year,” Mr. Surin emphasized.
