Origin Property, or ORI, has achieved over 2.5 billion baht in foreign sales in the first half of 2024, marking a remarkable growth of 253% as it continues to penetrate international markets, driven by rising demand from Russia, Myanmar, and Taiwan. The top three nationalities purchasing Origin properties in the first half of 2024 are: 1. Russia, with high sales due to the launch of new projects in Phuket, which is popular among Russian buyers; 2. Myanmar, with sales growing by 880% compared to the same period last year; and 3. China. Together, these three nationalities account for over 64% of the total sales of 2.5 billion baht, while Taiwan and Hong Kong rank fourth and fifth, respectively. The top-selling projects from foreign buyers include:
1. SO Origin Bangtao Beach, a new project in Phuket launched in the first half of this year.
2. Park Origin Thonglor, a luxury condominium project in the city center.
And 3. SOHO Bangkok Ratchada, another project in a location popular among foreigners.



Mr. Pirapong further stated that for the second half of 2024 (July-December), the company plans to conduct a roadshow to expand its foreign customer base into new markets such as India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), particularly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. India has the highest economic growth index in Asia, potentially surpassing China, while the UAE is a tax-free country attracting high-purchasing power investors from various nationalities.
