JAS ASSET Invests Over 370 Million Baht to Establish New Landmark 'JAS GREEN VILLAGE PRAWET' Now Open for Service
JAS Asset reaffirms its success in the real estate business by launching “JAS GREEN VILLAGE PRAWET”, the 7th branch of its open-air community mall, under the concept of Green space for all, featuring over 50% green area on a 20-rai plot, aimed at enhancing the happiness of residents in the Prawet district, making daily life more convenient without the need to travel to large shopping malls. It also includes a comprehensive pet shop for pet lovers, catering to shoppers who want to accomplish multiple tasks in one place. The mall is now open for service.

Mr. Supachai Sirikulpassorn, CEO of JAS Asset Public Company Limited stated that in 2024, “JAS” is confident that the business will progress rapidly and be more agile, especially in the real estate sector for investment in community mall development projects, which continue to grow, fostering confidence in the expansion of communities in key areas regarding location potential and purchasing power. Community malls will grow alongside the communities, with models adapted to the service locations. This year, “JAS” has new partners to provide diverse experiences and enhance the variety of community malls in various branches, such as at “JAS Village Amata-Chonburi,” where Makro opened a branch in mid-May to support growth in the Chonburi area and nearby regions.

Recently, “JAS” has expanded with another project, “JAS GREEN VILLAGE PRAWET,” an open-air lifestyle community mall located on a 20-rai plot on Sukaphiban 2 Road, catering to residents in the Prawet area, Sukaphiban 2, Lat Krabang, and On Nut. The design emphasizes nature by incorporating large trees, such as the Rain Tree (Samanea saman), into the mall's interior to create a refreshing environment for relaxation and social gatherings, as well as serving as a hub for recreational activities. The project features over 50% green space, with areas for families of all generations to enjoy, including playgrounds for children. The design aims to create a harmonious green environment throughout the project, along with collaborations with new partners to enhance the community mall's offerings and make it a destination for local residents. This concept aligns with JAS Asset's mission as a “Synergetic Well-being Community Builder,” aimed at creating happiness for the community by providing holistic experiences for physical, mental, and emotional well-being, catering to customers of all ages through various businesses under “JAS” that meet daily lifestyle needs.

Inside “JAS GREEN VILLAGE PRAWET,” the project covers 16,000 square meters, with 10,000 square meters of retail space housing over 80 shops, accommodating more than 430 parking spaces. The Urban Food Ville food court features over 25 delicious dining options, both dine-in and take-away. The front of the project includes popular brands for dine-in or drive-thru services, such as Starbucks and KFC, along with other trendy restaurants and local brands. The project also features an IT Junction zone for mobile and IT equipment sales, a clinic, and an education section. The supermarket includes Lotus Supermarket and new partners that enhance the experience for all lifestyles, whether for health enthusiasts or pet lovers. There is a comprehensive Pet Friendly zone, which includes not only a pet shop but also a clinic and hotel for pets, catering to owners who need to travel for several days or just for a day, or require medical care, responding to the lifestyle of Thai people in the digital age who increasingly consider pets as family members.

Additionally, the central area of the mall has been developed into a “Chama Chai Market” in a “Street Market” format to provide opportunities for those wanting to sell products or build their own brand. On weekends, the space will be transformed into a “Theme Lifestyle Market” to offer a variety of products and services. “JAS GREEN VILLAGE PRAWET” will support shops by increasing consumer access to products and services through online promotion at no cost, inviting everyone to experience nature that enhances enjoyment in shopping, relaxing, dining, and more, all in one place amidst a lush atmosphere. After officially opening in September, “JAS GREEN VILLAGE PRAWET” is expected to become the first and only green community mall on Sukaphiban 2 Road in Prawet, with ongoing updates on new activities.
