The National Housing Authority is now accepting bookings for the Phetchaburi Community Housing and Services Project (Poh Rai Wan), featuring two-story single-family homes with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, covering an area of approximately 21 square wah. The project is conveniently located near educational institutions, community areas, shopping centers, and tourist attractions, with starting prices from 824,000 Baht. A booking contract can be secured with just a 1,000 Baht deposit!

The National Housing Authority invites those interested in owning a home and starting a stable and warm family life to visit the Phetchaburi Community Housing and Services Project (Poh Rai Wan), where the last 61 units are available. The first to arrive will have the first choice of homes. Staff from the sales management team will be available to assist from May 24 to May 30, 2024.

The Phetchaburi Community Housing and Services Project (Poh Rai Wan) is located in the National Housing Authority's Phetchaburi alley along Highway 3177 (Phetchaburi - Haad Chao Samran), in the Poh Rai Wan sub-district, Mueang District, Phetchaburi Province. It consists of two-story single-family homes with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, covering an area of approximately 21 square wah, totaling 328 units. The project is close to educational institutions, shopping areas, community centers, and tourist attractions such as Rajabhat Phetchaburi University, Sarasas Witaed Phetchaburi School, Rama Rajanivesh Shopping Mall (Wang Ban Pien), Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park (Khao Wang), and Haad Chao Samran. Prices start at 824,000 Baht, and interested parties can visit the show homes at the project site.
