CPANEL Launches New Factory, Expands Operations; Reports Q1/67 Revenue of 91.40 Million Baht and Profit of 10.15 Million Baht
CPANEL is preparing to Test Run its second factory, highlighting its strengths in high-quality, fast production processes that reduce costs and are environmentally friendly. This supports the demand from real estate developers for both low-rise and high-rise projects, as well as various office buildings. The company revealed its Q1/67 financial results, reporting revenue of 91.40 million baht and a net profit of 10.15 million baht.

Mr. Chakrit Tipakornsukasem, Managing Director of CPANEL Public Company Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of precast concrete products using fully automated systems for real estate construction projects, announced that the company is set to begin a Test Run of its precast concrete production process at its second factory, where machinery installation has been completed. This production process is fully automated, utilizing technology to control quality and replace manual labor, enhancing design speed while reducing errors and waste. The factory can produce a variety of products to meet the needs of real estate developers for both low-rise and high-rise buildings, as well as offices in various business sectors.

The Test Run is expected to be completed by May, with production ready for sale in Q3/67. The company is confident that expanding production capacity will lead to continuous growth in its financial performance.

The overall real estate market continues to show positive trends due to government economic stimulus measures, which encourage home ownership and drive investment in the real estate sector. Developers are accelerating the launch of housing projects, including houses and condominiums, which supports the increasing demand for Precast Concrete.
Moreover, Precast Concrete products that meet standards and are environmentally friendly, reducing carbon emissions, can better meet the needs of customers in other industries such as hotels, hospitals, office buildings, and industrial estates. This is expected to create a new customer base for the company in the future.

For Q1/67, the company reported total revenue of 91.40 million baht, down from 118.58 million baht in the same period last year, with a net profit of 10.15 million baht, down from 19.09 million baht in the previous year. The slight decline in performance is attributed to real estate developer clients postponing the delivery of some low-rise and high-rise projects to Q2/67.
