SAM Announces Songkran Festival Auction Featuring Prime Properties Worth Nearly 900 Million Baht
SAM is celebrating the Songkran Festival by auctioning prime properties valued at nearly 900 million baht. The auction will feature special prices and numerous promotions, highlighting a single-family home in the city center at the Altitude Mastery Phaholyothin 24 project and nearly 89 rai of vacant land on Suwinthawong Road. We invite those looking for a home and investors to participate in the auction on April 19 and May 10.
Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM) has announced that on April 19 and May 10, it will hold an auction for second-hand properties or non-performing assets (NPA) at SAM's headquarters. The auction will include properties for residential and investment purposes, such as single-family homes, duplexes, townhouses, residential condos, commercial buildings, vacant land, hotels/resorts, factories/warehouses, etc., totaling 100 items with a combined value of 889 million baht. Notable properties include a single-family home in the Altitude Mastery Phaholyothin 24 project, nearly 89 rai of vacant land on Suwinthawong Road in Bangkok, and nearly 55 rai of vacant land on Bang Kruai-Sai Noi Road in Nonthaburi.
Additionally, SAM is offering special promotions for the auction, such as "SAM Second-Hand Properties Must Share" for those who refer friends or acquaintances to purchase SAM's NPA priced at no more than 1 million baht nationwide, with a 2% commission per property. There is also the "SAM Home Loan by GHB" where customers will receive special rights and interest rates when applying for a loan through the Government Housing Bank (GHB), along with a "Get a Loan, Get a Voucher" gift voucher worth up to 3,000 baht, subject to terms and conditions.
