A5 Unveils Roadmap to Conquer the Luxury Home Market with 5 Projects Worth 8.2 Billion Baht
A5 continues its success by advancing the development of luxury projects valued at a total of 8.2 billion baht in the years 2024-2025. This year, the company is set to launch 2 new horizontal projects worth a total of 3.35 billion baht, focusing on high-potential locations in Eastern and Western Bangkok. The aim is to tap into the real demand market, catering to every lifestyle. Each home is designed under the concept of A5 GREATNESS Inspired by Love, emphasizing a grand vision and attention to detail, alongside a strategy to present uniquely distinctive home designs. The revenue target for 2024 is set to reach 2.5 billion baht, with a goal of achieving 5 billion baht within the next 3 years.

Mr. Supachok Panjathat, CEO of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), revealed that after achieving success in developing luxury projects that have consistently received positive feedback from customers, as reflected in the company's significant growth in 2023, this year the company remains focused on creating sustainable growth in terms of performance, financial status, and new project developments to meet the needs of high-end customers.
The company plans to launch 5 new projects between 2024-2025 in high-potential areas of Bangkok's Eastern and Western zones, targeting the Real Demand segment with a total value of 8.2 billion baht. This year, 2 new projects worth a total of 3.35 billion baht will be launched, including:

- VANA Ratchaphruek - Weltville: A project of 43 three-story single-family homes on 17 rai of land, with a total project value of 1.7 billion baht. This project features a new design for single-family homes located in the heart of Ratchaphruek, adjacent to major shopping centers like Central Westville and The Crystal SB Ratchaphruek, emphasizing convenience for commuting, lifestyle, and proximity to nature.
The project stands out with its luxurious design while ensuring privacy. The interior space is suitable for all family members, equipped with various amenities. The response has been positive since the Pre-Sale launch in February, and revenue is expected to start coming in during the second quarter of 2024.

- CINQ ROYAL: A new project valued at approximately 1.65 billion baht, located in the Bangna area, offering privacy for only 18 families. This conveniently located project is close to shopping malls, international schools, hospitals, and golf courses, with a launch expected in the fourth quarter of 2024.

This year, the company anticipates a revenue growth of over 70%, with a revenue target of 2.5 billion baht. Additionally, plans are in place to invest in land acquisition worth 2 billion baht to support the continuous development of new projects.
In 2025, the company plans to develop an additional 3 horizontal projects with a total value of approximately 4.85 billion baht, focusing on luxury real estate development under the VANA brand, along with a new luxury home brand in high-potential locations that ensure convenient access while maintaining an urbanized living experience. These projects will feature distinct new designs that will help drive consistent revenue growth, with a revenue target of 5 billion baht by 2026.
Mr. Supachok further stated that the overall luxury real estate market is still on a growth trajectory, but competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The company is focusing on strategies to expand its niche market customer base, leveraging its expertise in developing horizontal projects. This involves conducting market research and studying the behaviors of target groups to identify opportunities for expanding projects in high-potential locations, while continuing to present uniquely distinctive designs that effectively meet the needs of the target audience.
Additionally, the company is managing land and construction costs to remain at appropriate levels to maintain profitability, driving revenue growth in line with targets, and delivering luxury projects that exceed customer expectations.
