Despite banks tightening home loan approvals and a rising rejection rate, ESTAR's sales have benefited from the lively promotional campaign in February 2023. Recently, Mr. Jai - Phairoj Watthanaworodom, Managing Director of Eastern Star Real Estate Public Company Limited (ESTAR), shared that following the promotional push in February, which included giving away gold for the Chinese New Year, there has been a positive response with increased reservations. This is especially true for condos located near the BTS in all three areas: Phrom Phong, Ratchada, and Phonimit. The Quintara Phum Sukhumvit 39 project has special final lots starting at 2.99 million baht, while the Quintara My Series, including My’Sen Phrom Phong, My’Gen Ratchada, and My’Den Phonimit, starts at just 2.29 million baht*. They are currently achieving their booking targets and expect a sales increase of over 20% compared to last year by the end of Q1. The luxury home project, Estara Haven at Pattanakarn 20, is also seeing continuous bookings, defying economic trends. However, ESTAR is not stopping its aggressive promotions. In March, they plan to launch a corporate campaign offering “Low Installments, Low Interest, and Central Gift Vouchers worth up to 80,000 baht, along with significant discounts.” This initiative aims to help customers seeking quality housing more easily, as stated by Mr. Phairoj (Mr. Jai).
