The hotel features a stunning 39-story golden building (up from the original 22 stories) comprising luxurious rooms, from deluxe rooms to suites, totaling 257 rooms (down from the original 517). Each room reflects elegance and spaciousness, perfectly blending Thai identity with modern global standards to meet the needs of today's travelers, with standard room sizes starting at 50 square meters. The interior design has been exquisitely crafted by André Fu Studio, a leading interior design studio in Asia recognized internationally.

Through collaboration between two leading architectural firms, Architect 49 (A49), one of Thailand's most recognized architectural companies, and OMA Asia Hong Kong Limited, a branch of the globally renowned OMA (Office for Metropolitan Architecture), the structure of the Dusit Thani Hotel stands out with eye-catching architecture and well-planned spaces. For instance, the design of the private corridor in front of the rooms (Single Corridor) allows every room to enjoy a full view of the lush Lumphini Park through large floor-to-ceiling windows, complemented by luxurious sofas by the windows for guests to relax and appreciate the serene nature from their modern luxurious rooms.

In 1970, the original Dusit Thani Bangkok Hotel created a new phenomenon with its grand ballroom, the largest and most luxurious banquet hall in Bangkok at the time. In this return, the Dusit Thani Bangkok Hotel retains this identity, featuring over 5,000 square meters of event and meeting space, including the largest grand ballroom in Bangkok, capable of hosting various events from intimate gatherings to large-scale banquets for up to a thousand guests.
